About Us

We are Corker Brothers. Two brothers. One name. And a shared belief that building homes should mean building something that lasts, not just in bricks and beams, but in meaning.

We’re not here to follow the standard playbook. That’s not in our family DNA. While others focus on volume, we’re focused on value, the kind that shows up in the way a street feels at sunset, in the trust of a local resident, or in the calm of a home that just feels right.

Every development is personal to us. Every detail matters. Every decision speaks and every design tells a story. Building homes for today that will shape neighbourhoods for tomorrow.

This isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing it right.

The Brothers

CorkerBrothers was born from a simple idea: homes should be built to create a sense of belonging. We focus on quality over quantity, shaping places that feel considered, connected, and built to last.

Harry Corkery

Harry makes it happen. As the engine behind Corker Brothers, he turns ideas into reality. With a background in development and project management, he leads execution across acquisitions, builds, budgets, compliance, and delivery. Calm under pressure and steady in his approach, Harry brings pace, structure, and rigour to everything CB touches. His focus is on well-run operations as the foundation of good design and long-term trust.

Oliver Corkery

Oliver sets the direction. As the creative force behind Corker Brothers, he shapes the vision, builds the team, and grows the movement. With a blend of branding, strategy, and property, he has a unique way of seeing where things are heading and how to get there. Oli leads the creative identity and future focus of CB, how it looks, how it feels, and what it stands for. His focus is on developments that go beyond the build, places designed to last for generations.

Connect

We’ve built a private Discord for people who care about land, place-making, and building with intention.

It’s not a place for job titles or experience levels. Whether you’re exploring your first project or have years in the game, this is a space to ask questions, swap ideas, and connect with others who see potential in doing things differently.
